1 General Provisions

ts71 is a mobile-first online betting and gaming platform operated for Bangladeshi players. In this document, "we", "platform", and "ts71" refer to the operating entity, and "you" or "user" refers to any person holding an account on this site.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirement

To use ts71's services, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must operate the account in your own name and for your own use — not on behalf of anyone else.
• Each person may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

3 Account Registration & Security

3.1 Account Creation

When creating an account at ts71, you must provide accurate personal information. If any details change, it is your responsibility to notify our support team immediately.

3.2 Password Protection

Keep your account login credentials, password, and all other security details completely confidential. ts71 is not responsible for any consequences resulting from disclosing this information to third parties. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

3.3 Account Verification

ts71 may request verification of your identity and payment method at any time. Failure to provide the required documents in a timely manner may delay or suspend the withdrawal process.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

All financial transactions at ts71 are processed through secure, encrypted methods. We currently support the most widely used mobile payment methods in Bangladesh.

4.1 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 — applies to all three methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Estimated withdrawal time: typically completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

4.2 Accepted Payment Methods

ts71 currently accepts only the following mobile banking methods:

• bKash — Bangladesh's leading mobile financial service.
• Nagad — a digital payment service operated by Bangladesh Post Office.
• Rocket — the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

4.3 Withdrawal Verification

Before processing a withdrawal request, ts71 will verify your account details. Withdrawal funds will be sent only to the same payment method used for the original deposit.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at ts71 receive a 120% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,200 bonus → total balance ৳2,200.
• Deposit ৳10,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳5,000 → total balance ৳15,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw winnings earned from a bonus, wagering requirements must be met. Wagering requirement: 15 times the bonus amount — calculated on the bonus amount only, not the total balance.

Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 15 = ৳18,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

If abuse of the bonus system is detected — including claiming bonuses through multiple accounts or any manipulative activity — ts71 reserves the right to forfeit that account's bonuses and associated winnings, and to close the account.

5.4 Promotion Changes

ts71 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion or bonus offer at any time. Each promotion has its own terms, which will be stated on that promotion's page.

6 VIP Membership & Loyalty Program

ts71's VIP program has three tiers, offering additional benefits to regular players:

• Bronze: weekly cashback of up to 0.3%.
• Silver: weekly cashback of up to 0.7%.
• Gold: weekly cashback of up to 1.0%.

Advancement to a VIP tier depends on the user's regular activity and engagement on the platform. ts71 reserves the right to modify the VIP program terms at any time.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ts71 and may result in account closure:

• Operating multiple accounts under the same identity.
• Creating or operating an account using another person's identity.
• Placing bets strategically with the intent to abuse bonuses or promotions.
• Any form of fraud, hacking, or system manipulation.
• Illegal money laundering or suspicious financial transactions.
• Using bots, automated software, or third-party tools to place bets.
• Harassing or behaving inappropriately toward other users.

8 Betting Rules & Wagering Terms

8.1 Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled. However, ts71 reserves the right to cancel any bet in the event of a technical error or unusual circumstances.

8.2 Bets Based on Incorrect Information

If odds are set based on incorrect or incomplete information, ts71 reserves the right to declare that bet void.

• ts71 reserves the right to correct any incorrect odds or payouts resulting from a system error.
• ts71 is not liable for losses caused by internet connection disruptions.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ts71 is not liable for losses arising from the following:

• Internet connection disruptions or third-party network issues.
• Problems with the user's own device or software.
• Losses resulting from the user's negligence or failure to comply with the terms.
• Force majeure — natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions.

14 Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution
